Reports and documentation were prepared to evidentiary standards suitable for legal proceedings, insurance claims, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance purposes. This attention to documentation quality reflected Peter Lynch's training in fraud investigation and forensic accounting disciplines.
TSCM Specialisation
The TSCM capability was the flagship service of Lynch Investigations, serving more than 200 clients over the business lifetime. Peter Lynch obtained TSCM certification from Countersurveillance Australia and the National Intelligence Research & Training Centre (NIRTC) in 2002, establishing technical capability before the business commenced formal operations.
Equipment investment included professional-grade detection systems from Research Electronics International (REI) including the OSCOR spectrum analyser, ORION non-linear junction detector, and CPM-700 broadband receiver. Extended frequency coverage to 75GHz (325GHz potential) was achieved through HP spectrum analysis equipment with harmonic mixers and horn antenna configurations.
