Service Portfolio
Over 23 years of operation, Lynch Investigations developed capabilities across multiple investigation and security disciplines. The company name reflected its dual focus: traditional private investigation services ("Investigations") combined with Technical Surveillance Counter-Measures (TSCM) Services.
The business held two separate Master Licences under the Commercial Agents and Private Inquiry Agents Act 2004 (CAPI) in NSW: one for investigation work including process serving, locating persons, skip tracing, and debt collecting, and a Security Industry Licence for security consultancy. Victoria had its own licensing under the Private Security Act 2004 (Vic) — we held a Business Licence, Private Inquiry Agents Licence, and Security Consultant Licence with Victoria Police. Reports and documentation were prepared to evidentiary standards suitable for legal proceedings, insurance claims, and corporate governance purposes. CAPI was repealed on 1 July 2022. TSCM services are unregulated globally.
